At some point, we can all feel overwhelmed, stressed or stuck in our lives. Taking the first step to move forward can be daunting, but we provide a professional setting in which issues can be explored in a safe and confidential manner. At times of crisis or change, Counselling and Psychotherapy can provide great support, insight and a resource to find different ways to cope in the future.
At Clontarf Psychotherapy we offer individual sessions of counselling and psychotherapy. Our approach is person centered, placing value on the knowledge and expertise of the person in front of us and working with them to access this more effectively. We provide a confidential atmosphere in which all issues can be explored with confidence.
Counselling tends to be shorter term and solution focused, whereas Psychotherapy offers a more in depth exploration, working with both past and present difficulties and building a persons ability to cope differently in the future.
